    Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Ninth, Tenth, Thirteenth and Eighteenth Circuit and County Courts

    Criminal Defense Attorney: Chaired jury trials for misdemeanor and felony cases, juvenile non-jury trials and violation of probation hearings. Conflict attorney for Orange and Osceola Counties and the Juvenile System. Prepared and developed cases involving charges including, but not limited to: theft, domestic violence, driving while under the influence, criminal mischief, possession of controlled substances, disorderly conduct, aggravated battery or assault with a deadly weapon, burglary, trafficking, and manslaughter. Researched, drafted, and argued motions to suppress, motions to dismiss and motions in limine. Maintained positive daily interaction with judiciary, clients, court clerks, courtroom deputies, and witnesses.

    Production Manager, Operations Superintendent, Operational Supervisor, Operational Engineering:
    Successfully identified and negotiated favorable resolution of numerous managerial and operational problems at a new production facility in Nansha, People’s Republic of China. Set volume pricing, rebate programs, and other customer incentives. Controlled pricing for a $100,000,000.00 per year business. Implemented handling procedures that increased the efficiency of handling raw materials, increased material availability, and reduced material cost. Negotiated the terms and implemented the first shutdown of a hazardous waste incinerator in Louisiana. Planned and coordinated all aspects of a major plant turnaround with a budget in excess of $3,000,000 for one month. Prepared operator instructions, reviewed and approved maintenance job plans, and coordinated major engineering installations. Customized and coordinated the installation and start up a major business and operational software, SAP, for the four production locations in the United States. Managed the production facility while it prepared for and achieved several quality awards including QS9000 and ISO 9001.

    Responsible for process improvements, catalysts, changes. Analyze chemical process to see how to make it more efficient, reduce waste, cheaper feed stocks.
